SATURDAY , Delta flight 520 operating from New York to Los Angeles had to be diverted to Salt Lake City due to a maintenance issue.
While on the ground, the slide was deployed by accident. The slide hit a crew member in the head. Reports are the slide had been somehow accidentally deployed by crew. The passengers were transported to a second aircraft that was scheduled to depart to LAX.
